All of the above teas are made from the Camellia sinensis plant. Though the same source plant is used, the different teas are made by using different processes. Green tea is not fermented, oolong tea is partially fermented, black tea is fully fermented, and Puerh tea is post-fermented. The various processing methods help give each tea its own set of health benefits. Generally speaking, all of the teas listed above are very beneficial to your health.
